Christmas: Not of Christ, but Baal Worship!

by Eferovo Igho

When I wrote in a recent short online piece that there is nothing like Christmas in Christianity I least thought that it would generate the very pleasing response it got. There I said that Christmas is Roman Catholicism and that it came wholesale from Babylon and is it about Tammuz (also called Dumuzi) ‘demonized’ as Baal by Satan, and which Tammuz was born on 25th of December and celebrated same day in ancient Sumerian, Babylonian and Assyrian until Rome brought it to the ‘church’ masking it with ‘Jesus’ to lead many astray. “There is Christianity”, I wrote, “and there is Roman Catholicism. The two are not the same. Roman Catholicism is a faith and it is a religion, all their adherents would tell you so. And Christianity is a faith and it is a religion (religion of life that begets eternal life). Christianity is found IN THE BIBLE AND THE BIBLE ALONE. All traditions of men, cults and demons have no place in Bible no matter how long practiced and embraced, no matter how the ages have drunken of this particular wine of fornication of the Great Whore of the Book of Revelation. Christianity is not Baal Worship.

“With Paul all days are equal. And he said I should follow him even as he is the follower of Christ. Let not the devil beguile you with dates and seasons. Seek you the Kingdom of God and its righteousness first. That is what matters. One faith, one foundation, one Church, one Lord and Jesus Christ that Lord! Brake away from all beguilement no matter how trapping!” No matter how luring I may add.

Two responses from that piece I wish to draw attention to. Whilst one of those two readers asked “when then was Jesus Christ born”, the other said that “I agree with you. Now what shall we do?” Here, besides telling more about this fiendish and deadly thing called Christmas I hope to represent my replies to the duo in their enlarged versions here.

But first we must take it elementarily: Jesus, the Holy Spirit, Paul, Peter, John and others did not tell us the date Jesus Christ was born. Peter, Paul and others didn’t celebrate the date Jesus was born because it is irrelevant to our salvation. Nothing sacred about the date, only the birth is! There is enough that scriptures commands, and we have not been able to do them all yet, and so, we dare not add traditions of men, cults and demons. Yes!

All ‘these days’ they are celebrating here and there are of Babylon and Rome (of demons). Whilst so-called Christmas is a celebration of the aforesaid Babylonian god Baal (Tammuz) with Bacchus, Easter is the celebration of Semiramis ‘demonized’ by Satan as the goddess of Eastre also called Eastor, as Ishtar, Astarte, or queen of heaven so-called etc. Babylonianism and Romanism want to give all the days in the year to the gods, and many of them are brought into the ‘church’ by Romanism or Roman Catholicism which is actually Baal worship. O how it pays to stay with and, indeed, in the Bible. Christianity is not about celebrations and traditions of men and demons. It is a life to be lived.

We recognize Jesus’ birth when we are born again; no better celebration! We recognize His birth everyday as Emmanuel, God with us; no better celebration! We ‘celebrate’ His birth if we not only know that the grace of God has appeared to all men, teaching us to deny ungodliness, worldly lust and to live soberly, righteously and godly in this present world, but are also therefore living thus on a daily basis: No better way to celebrating the birth of the Grace which appeared to all men. We ‘celebrate’ Jesus’ birth everyday as we live as light of the world, as salt of the earth, as living epistles red by all men and as example of the believers. Let your light so shine that all that sees this (your) shine would glorify the Father Who is in heaven. That is how to ‘celebrate’ the birth of the Jesus that came from on high, gone on high, and coming soon from thence to take His home! The pilgrim celebrates Jesus’ birth everyday by the life of heaven he lives here on earth. That is how to tell the world that God indeed became man and dwelt among us.

Just as the Holy Writ tells us nothing about where Moses was buried, so it tells us nothing about the date Jesus Christ was born, and it does not expect us to celebrate any day! Those who have sort out a day to celebrate have worked into satanic web. If God had told Israel where Moses was buried Israel in all probability would have worshipped that place. Here, Israel may even be praised for stopping where God stopped and for proving more righteous than this generation on this score. Whilst God didn’t tell us when Jesus was born Babylonian tradition of demons inherited by Rome and passed to the whole world is foisting a day on us, which day is actually when Tammuz (‘translated’ by Satan to Baal, the so-called sun- agriculture-fertility god and the equivalent of the Roman god, Saturn, the Greek god, Cronus, with many equivalents in both ancient and modern world) was born and a day he was celebrated in ancient times, even December 25.

It is futile to try knowing when Jesus Christ was born, deluding picking a date and satanic celebrating that date or celebrating Jesus birth ‘on a date set aside’, for they that do celebrate in this way, celebrate who they know not; but this unknown god, the evil behind the mask is Tammuz (‘demonized’ as Baal by Satan) being one of the threesome in an ancient family that Satan built his worship around, the others of that family being Nimrod of Babel infamy and Semiramis who is ‘demonized’ by Satan as Isthar, Astarte, Asthoreth, queen of heaven; the same is goddess of Eastre (also called Eastor) that, again, Roman Catholicism is making the world to worship during their Easter. It was both Baal and Asthoreth that turned Israel of old against God and vice visa, both being extremely abhorrent to God. When Nimrod’s Satan’s sponsored effort to confront in the matter of Babel was frustrated by God, Satan built his worship around this triumvirate of Nimrod, Semiramis and Tammuz, the old Babylonian worship that spread to the whole world in various guise, even worship that Roman Catholicism has since not only been championing but has long been headquarter to, that is after the fall of Pergamos, where the seat of Satan was.

We must come away from all futility of trying to know the date Christ was born, come away from all delusions of date setting and all satanic celebrations! Now only for the benefit of those caught in this satanic web we shall say most of what follows. From glimpses from the Holy Writ and reality of climate of the Middle East, Jesus could have been born any month other than December, and so certainly He couldn’t have been born on December 25.

In “Biblical Evidence Shows Jesus Christ Wasn’t Born on Dec. 25” its author wrote: “History convincingly shows that Dec. 25 was popularized as the date for Christmas, not because Christ was born on that day but because it was already popular in pagan religious celebrations as the birthday of the sun. But is it possible that Dec. 25 could be the day of Christ’s birth? ‘Lacking any scriptural pointers to Jesus’s birthday, early Christian teachers suggested dates all over the calendar. Clement. . . picked November 18. Hippolytus . . . figured Christ must have been born on a Wednesday . . . An anonymous document[,] believed to have been written in North Africa around A.D. 243, placed Jesus’s birth on March 28’ (Jeffery Sheler, U.S. News & World Report,“In Search of Christmas,” Dec. 23, 1996, p. 58).

“A careful analysis of Scripture, however, clearly indicates that Dec. 25 is an unlikely date for Christ’s birth. Here are two primary reasons:

“First, we know that shepherds were in the fields watching their flocks at the time of Jesus’ birth (Luke2:7-8).

Shepherds were not in the fields during December. According to Celebrations: The Complete Book of American Holidays, Luke’s account ‘suggests that Jesus may have been born in summer or early fall. Since December is cold and rainy in Judea, it is likely the shepherds would have sought shelter for their flocks at night’ (p. 309). Similarly, The Interpreter’s One-Volume Commentary says this passage argues ‘against the birth [of Christ] occurring on Dec. 25 since the weather would not have permitted’ shepherds watching over their flocks in the fields at night.

“Second, Jesus’ parents came to Bethlehem to register in a Roman census (Luke 2:1-4). Such censuses were not taken in winter, when temperatures often dropped below freezing and roads were in poor condition. Taking a census under such conditions would have been self-defeating. Given the difficulties and the desire to bring pagans into Christianity, ‘the important fact then . . . to get clearly into your head is that the fixing of the date as December 25th was a compromise with paganism’ (William Walsh, The Story of Santa Klaus, 1970, p. 62).

“If Jesus Christ wasn’t born on Dec. 25, does the Bible indicate when He was born? The biblical accounts point to the fall of the year as the most likely time of Jesus’ birth, based on the conception and birth of John the Baptist. Since Elizabeth (John’s mother) was in her sixth month of pregnancy when Jesus was conceived (Luke 1:24-36), we can determine the approximate time of year Jesus was born if we know when John was born. John’s father, Zacharias, was a priest serving in the Jerusalem temple during the course of Abijah (Luke 1:5). Historical calculations indicate this course of service corresponded to June 13-19 in that year ( The Companion Bible, 1974, Appendix 179, p. 200).

“It was during this time of temple service that Zacharias learned that he and his wife Elizabeth would have a child (Luke 1:8-13). After he completed his service and traveled home, Elizabeth conceived (verses 23-24). Assuming John’s conception took place near the end of June, adding nine months brings us to the end of March as the most likely time for John’s birth. Adding another six months (the difference in ages between John and Jesus) brings us to the end of September as the likely time of Jesus’ birth” – GN.

As we all know already and as another writer reminds: “The Bible does not specify a date or month. One problem with December is that it would be unusual for shepherds to be ‘abiding in the field’ at this cold time of year when fields were unproductive. The normal practice was to keep the flocks in the fields from Spring to Autumn. Also, winter would likely be an especially difficult time for pregnant Mary to travel the long distance from Nazareth to Bethlehem (70 miles).”

The take of the great Bible scholar, Finis Jennings, on Acts 12:4 and the ‘Easter’ Error of King James Version is instructive here. Though we are here considering the deadly subject matter of Christmas, Dake’s comment on the equally deadly subject matter of Easter comes helpful. As we all know what the King James rendered Easter is in the original (Greek) ‘pascha’ which is Passover, and all “Protestant” Bible versions after the King James, including the New King James version of the Bible renders it ‘Passover’. Now hear Dake:

“[Passover not Easter] “Greek: pascha (GSN-3957), the Passover, as translated in 26 other places (Matthew 26:2-19; Mark 14:1-16; Luke 2:41; Luke 22:1-15; John 2:13,23; John 6:4; John 11:55; John 12:1; John 13:1; John 18:28,39; John 19:14; 2Cor.5:7;Hebrews11:28).

“This is an unfortunate and absurd translation, as Easter was a pagan festival
observed long before Christ. It is not a Christian name, but is derived from Ishtar, one of the Babylonian titles of an idol goddess, the Queen of Heaven. The Saxon goddess Eastre is the same as the Astarte, the Syrian Venus, called Ashtoreth in the Old Testament. It was the worship of this woman by Israel that was such an abomination to God (1 Samuel 7:3; 1 Kings 11:5,33; 2 Kings 23:13; Jeremiah 7:18; Jeremiah 44:18). Round cakes, imprinted with the sign of the cross were made at this festival, the sign being, in the Babylonian mysteries, a sign of life.

“Easter eggs which play a great part in this day’s celebration were common in all heathen nations. The fable of the egg declares that ‘an egg of wondrous size fell from heaven into the river Euphrates; the fish rolled it to the bank, where doves settled upon it and hatched it; and out came Astarte, or Ishtar, the goddess of Easter.’

“Easter, Christmas, Lady Day, Lent, and other Babylonian festivals were all borrowed from this religion and were all observed centuries before Christ. None of them have any relationship to Christ or Christianity” – DAKE’S ANNOTATED REFERENCE BIBLE.

Indeed, Rome’s Babylonish idolatry is sundry and sweeping. The papacy is its custodian, since Pergamos (Revelation 2: 11-17) then capital of Asia fell and Rome inherited from Babylon through Pergamos the worship of Satan which he Satan founded on Nimrod, Semiramis (the so-called Queen of Heaven) and Tammuz. According to Mitchell et al: This religion that began with Mother Babylon was filled with demon worship, and consisted of the worship of a virgin mother, the doctrine of purgatory, Lent, priests in black garments, confessionals, a pope, nuns, the sign of the cross, use of the rosary, and various other doctrines and rites. All these are doctrines of demons!

And as I noted in my piece, “Easter: From Babylon, Papacy to our Age”, “All of that passed down from Babylon, through various empires after it, to the Roman empire, and from there to the Roman Catholic Church especially through Constantine who, with his 313 A.D. Edict of Milan, merged paganism and idolatry with Christianity, and so it is no surprise that that church has come to shroud what Mitchell et al calls ‘the simplicity of the true Gospel of Jesus Christ’ with ‘centuries of dogma, doctrine, sacraments, theological sophistication, liturgies, novenas and intellectualism and scholasticism’, and traditions that are totally strange to God’s word. Babylon means ‘gateway of the gods’ and Babel ‘confusion’! In his A Bible Treasury, William R. McGraith, a leading Anabaptist/Mennonite writer says that ‘the principle of Babylon is confusion, to mix God’s People with the world. Babylonian religion is syncretistic, ecumenical’, and for almost twenty thousand years now the Roman Catholic Church has been the chief vehicle for taking this ‘wine of fornication’ of ‘Babylonianism’ to the lax church.”

Roman Catholicism, an extremely delusive religion, has webbed multitudes over the ages into Baal worship. Let’s come out from among them, and be us separate and God would receive us. Away from Baal worship! Let’s turn completely from until we are full-back to Roman Catholicism and walk away and be Christians that we ought to be for these two faiths are far apart as bad is from good. The Bible says we should have no fellowship with Belial, darkness and works of darkness. The Bible says come out from among them and be ye separate. How to do it: JUST STAY WITH THE BIBLE, AND THE BIBLE ALONE. Staying in the Bible is the victory over the guile, tentacles and snares of the devil that Roman Catholicism represents, and that more than any evil group (OVERT AND COVERT) in the world. Read Revelation 17 (of the Great Whore) which is really talking about the Vatican. EVERYTHING THERE POINTS DIRECTLY TO THE VATICAN.

Until the very Anti-Christ comes all evil groups and personages (name it) are answerable to the Vatican, which today, anyway, leads the New World Order that would usher in the Anti-Christ. Come out from among them

and ALL THEIR INVENTIONS MEANT TO POLLUTE THE WORD OF GOD AND ENSNARE UNTOLD MULTITUDE EN ROUTE ETERNAL DAMNATION. If only you know a little about the wine of fornication of the Vatican (the wolf in sheep clothing) and how the nations, world leaders and kings, the religions and their leaders, sundry churches and what have you have drunken of that fountain of wicked wine of her fornication, then you would come out from all that proceeds from that city sitting on seven hills (Rome, and specifically the Vatican, which as we speak though part of a city, IS A NATION of its own; and you think it is ordinary)!
