Kennedy and Agbakoba both attended the London School of Economics Kennedy served in the Navy while Agbakoba is a Maritime Lawyer and member of the Institute of Shipping.

Kennedy was a lawmaker and Agbakoba a lawyer.

Kennedy is associated with civil rights and Agbakoba, human rights.

Kennedy was President of the USA and Agbakoba once ran for the office of President of Nigeria on the platform of the Green Party.

Interestingly, Agbakoba has been honoured by the American Bar Association.
