The Man Buhari – a leader, a patriot or a separatist – who is he?

While the allegation is spreading everywhere how Gen. M. Buhari is corrupt, we are aware this is a well paid baseless and proofless propaganda from his detractors PDP. Unfortunate in this accusations and counter-accusation’s blame game is the misdirected and frustrated masses, this is a pity beyond autism and dementia.

I was also unfortunate to have bought into this assertion led by the highly evolved PDP led government to defame the man – Buhari was only a mere sell out, a separatist, a jihadist, a visionless Leaders to name but a list of several demeaning nomenclatures adopted by the PDP. Quite on the contrary is the truth that has not been told by this propagandist, political Butchers, evil marauders and their acolyte wanna-bes to the ignoramus public; a pitiable marginalized, impoverished with a near imbeciles of a hopeless masses.

The drama has changed, the characters who were once imbeciles has realized their follies, and have come out enmass to show to the world and the witch-craft “International Community” that we are not a foolish generation, that can sell their votes out to those who knows how to use high grammar and antics to deceive the people. The era of foolish has gone past the clouds, it has been washed down by the essence of political awareness. In 2011, Gen. Buhari is not alone. He’s supported by a team of volunteers of those who have known and are ready to expose the demonic manipulations of the PDP, a group of truth seeking folks; from the grassroots, rural, urban, national and those in the diaspora like me, who never voted for him before.

We have been forced to learn the terminology of history, we are not ready for the roll call; to the brinks of Kalakuta, down to the hills of Kanem Bornu, to the mangroves of Egbesu, before to the savannah hills of Obodu. We didn’t vote for him, because we didn’t know the truth. We didn’t know that he supervised and birthed our only existing refineries. We didn’t know that what he did in road construction while in the PTF hasn’t been matched by 12yrs of the PDP, even though we claimed they were lopsided. We didn’t know that in his time as head of state he reduced inflation from 31.8% to 4%, by fiscal discipline and a homegrown economic team (not achieved under any other era, not even military and this unscrupulous PDP). We didn’t know that there was no religious crisis while he led; as against the propaganda that spread around, that he was a separatist, a jihadist; and a traitor Nigeria to the OIC – this was all a brute lie by those why continue to hide the truth and deceive the public.

We didn’t know that JJ Rawlings of Ghana took over 2yrs before him, and killed all the corrupt leaders, while GMB merely gave his own, long-term jail sentences. We didn’t know that the hospitals and universities around the country never witnessed as much benefits they got from the PTF from any government after or before his time. We did not know, that this man haven been in all the oil sectors in Nigeria, has no petrol station, much less a refinery or an oil rig like so many of our leaders. We never voted him, because we did not know.

But now we know… We know that he has follower-ship in the north that money can’t buy. We know that those who follow him are poor, and follow him out of hope and belief in his values. I have met old men who know him, who have said… “All I need from Buhari is his word, I can take it to the bank”. Now we know that here is someone that has been in everything to make him a Dan-Something, but didn’t take the road.

We feared he was an Islamic fundamentalist, but he challenged us to provide any human being who can point at anything he did to show the same. His Cook and Drivers… two roles that can be influenced to have your life were Christians. In his passion for discipline, he has pulled down mosques, punished emirs, and followed principles over the respect of people. Which his detractors in high place has not deem fit to follow this principle to this date.

To close the rotten guts of the propagandist PDP and their condemn follows who are without direction, a hopeless wanna-bes; to the utter shock of Nigerians and the world, he picks the most radically outspoken no-nonsense Christian Preacher in Nigeria to be his vice. That is another discipline of a man who respect the hallowed spirit of this country, who’s not a separatist, an empiricist, a pragmatist. Should be further confused? Now that we know the truth, doesn’t it fall on us to prepare out case before nature, and come April 2nd and 9th, 2011 respectively vote this Mentally retarded out? Are we going to continue to fool ourselves as a people?

Listen to the words of venerable Pro. Wole Soyinka in his classification of those that will vote for the PDP; with the message directly and unambigously sent to the Nigerian people; we now know that truth has come to the land. Indeed the hands of God is being felt now. The wind of change has started sweeping the nooks and crannies of Nigeria. Now we know who’s the real leader – a dogged patriot per excellence, of course now we know! Now we know, that it’s about the values, not religion and certainly not the fact that he becomes the first (correct me if I’m wrong) Nigerian president without multiple wives or an array of concubines. He was a disciplined man, an astute steward. He knew how to pick his comrades, and no wonder PDP and their marauders of Butchers poisoned the celebrated Tunde Idiagbon of blessed memory, a comrade who’s ready to break the cord of sickness and indiscipline that characterized the Nigerian polity. A man who’s ready to wage a fierce war on the nepotist, tribalist, cue-jumpers, late comers, to list but a few.

Now that we know; I for one, i am casting my vote for this Nigerian leaders – Buhari and Pastor Tunde Bakare; as a detribalized Nigerian, I implore those who would want true federalism in this country to vote Buhari.
